Pandarpur Bhaktas (Saints of Maharashtra)
Kids can choose to represent any one of the Pandarpur devotees from the list below:
Kids need to say the name of the Pandarpur Bhakta they are dressed up as and need to introduce the bhakta to everyone with an apt narration.
Pandarpur bhaktas have composed numerous ‘Abhangs’ in Marathi glorifying Lord Panduranga. Kids can also choose to render an Abhang composed by the Pandarpur Bhakta they depict. Please note that that Abhang rendition is truly optional.
The narration can be in active/ passive voice or both. Kids can include any quotes/abhangs/slokas if they like to. Judging will however be based on:
Character portrayed - Authenticity of the character (Is it in line with what is mentioned in Indian scriptures?)
